How does your sizing run?

Each item includes a description of how it fits. Many of our products are unisex so they do typically fit more relaxed. 

What are your washing/care instructions?

For longevity of the clothing item, machine wash inside out in cold water. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on a low setting. 

What is your order processing time?

Our current turn around time is approximately, 2-5 business days. This does not include shipping. If you need an item by a certain date, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before placing an order.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We will accept returns/exchanges as long as items are still in the original packaging. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the additional shipping fees.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship everything via Canada Post. We're located in Port Perry, Ontario and shipping time depends on location. 

Why isn't shipping always free?

As a small business, shipping is a very large expense. We pay more than what we charge for shipping. Our goal is to be able to donate as much money as possible to animals and we want to ensure we keep our products at an affordable rate for you!

I am purchasing a gift for someone, do you have gift notes available?

Of course we do! AHK gear makes a perfect gift to be sent to loved ones! Just leave a message in the notes before checkout and we will handwrite it on a card to be included in your package!
